Policies & Rules
Your Commitment, Our Code of Conduct
- No refunds will be issued once admission is completed
- Sick leave must be requested via email, and upon approval, classes will be frozen free of charge.
- Changing the mode of class (online to offline or vice versa) is not allowed, but if there is a free schedule, the academy may accommodate a one-time shift.
- Students must contact the number given in the class group for any doubts or questions; direct calls to teachers are not allowed.
- Students are expected to study and revise the material given to them on a daily basis.
- Payments can be made by cash, card, or bank transfer; card payments will incur a processing fee and the beneficiary must be added before admission.
- All students, including beginners, are required to take an assessment test so the academy can keep a record of their scores.
- If a student is absent frequently (3–5 days or more) without prior notice, it will be considered a discontinuation, and their slot will be given to another student with no makeup classes provided.
- Students must join the class on time; repeated late entries will be noted and may affect course continuity
- Sharing course materials, lesson plans, or recordings with outsiders or on social media is strictly prohibited and will lead to termination of admission.
- Any disrespectful or disruptive behavior toward instructors or classmates will result in a warning, and repeated incidents may lead to expulsion.
- Certification will only be provided to students who attend at least 80% of classes and complete the final assessment.
- Students must inform the academy at least 24 hours in advance for any planned leaves or schedule conflicts.
- Course validity is limited to a specific period; students must complete their classes within the agreed timeline unless otherwise approved.
- The academy reserves the right to reschedule classes or assign substitute teachers when necessary.
- Group class students are not eligible for individual or rescheduled classes unless the entire group agrees.
- Promotions, discounts, or trial classes are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
- Students must speak only through the academy executives for any class-related communication; they are not allowed to share content, materials, or discuss matters directly with the trainers.
